We want every TrimQuote customer to understand exactly how billing and refunds work before subscribing. This policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Free Trial

Every new TrimQuote account includes a 7-day free trial.

You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will not be charged.

Subscription Charges

After your free trial ends, your selected monthly or annual subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Because TrimQuote is a digital subscription service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We encourage every customer to take full advantage of the free trial to determine whether TrimQuote is the right fit before any charges occur.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experience a billing error, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will investigate the issue promptly and issue a refund when appropriate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account’s billing settings.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.

Exceptions

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where required by law, refunds will be provided in accordance with those laws.
